Job Description

To support the debtors team with finance administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new dealers – On receipt of a new dealer application.
  • Make sure the form is completed and signed correctly and that all required supporting documents are attached to the application before handing them to the Vetting Clerk for further assessment.
  • Capturing new dealer accounts accurately and updating existing accounts.
  • Make sure that clients information on Epicor is only updated/ captured based on valid documents.
  • Scan all dealer applications and any supporting documents on Epicor.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Bachelors degree in accounting will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar
