Description

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and fixtures.
  • Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap.
  • Empty and clean trash bins and replace liners, ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal.
  • Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and prevent slip hazards.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, handles, and light switches.
  • Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces and mirrors to ensure a spotless appearance.
  • Check and maintain the condition of restroom equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and Line Management to address any specific cleaning requests or issues.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with building occupants and visitors.
  • Follow security procedures and maintain confidentiality while performing cleaning tasks in restrooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly respond to any cleaning-related requests or issues.
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks in other areas of the building, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or similar janitorial roles, with a focus on restroom cleaning.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment for bathrooms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedules.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in accordance with established procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle occasional requests for overtime or weekend work.
